Our client is a high-frequency trading (HFT) company operating in various asset classes. They have a talented team of quant developers, mathematicians, and statistical experts. They are currently looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join their Infrastructure team.



Responsibilities:
  • Manage high-frequency automated trading systems
  • Optimize trading systems through networks and systems programming
  • Conduct Research and Development of algorithms to minimize trading system latency
  • Develop risk-management and performance-tracking tools
  • Take ownership of modules from research to deployment and support
  • Supervise the creation and integration of scalable and secure technology systems and software solutions
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technology teams


Qualifications:
  • BE, BTech, MS in Mathematics/Statistics/Financial Engineering from a Tier 1 institution
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in system/core engineering/infrastructure within an HFT environment
  • Proficient in C++ programming for HFT applications
  • Deep understanding of quantitative trading and related principles
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills for both technical and non-technical interactions
