As an Associate Strategy member within the Line of Business (LOB) Strategic Engagement team, you will play a crucial role in developing insights and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to explore various Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) use cases. Your responsibilities will involve defining the value proposition, business impacts, and supporting the execution and implementation of resulting products and solutions while driving ITC WORLDWIDE's AI/ML priorities and strategic initiatives forward. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop expertise in AI/ML use cases, hone problem-solving skills, and enhance business case modeling, communication, and leadership abilities within a mentorship-supported environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive the execution of top AI/ML priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, developments, and new AI capabilities
  • Engage strategically with internal LOBs to shape their AI strategy
  • Identify and prioritize problems benefiting from AI technologies and develop analyses to drive recommendations for solutions
  • Create business cases for initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Anticipate challenges, evaluate risks, and make informed decisions to drive strategic initiatives
  • Conduct interviews, problem-solving sessions, and analysis to support decision-making
  • Develop relationships with key AI/ML functions firmwide

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in a product or strategy role with a Master's degree
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques and tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Capable of fostering collaboration among technical and non-technical teams

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in strategy and commercial mindset
  • Product experience including user research and solution design
  • Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and coding experience with Python-R
