  • Liaise with corporate banking clients to gather and document business requirements.
  • Perform gap analysis between the clients' requirements and the capabilities of the Flexcube system.

  • Assist with the migration and integration of banking operations to the Flexcube platform.
  • Conduct and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the system meets the client's expectations.
  • Create functional specifications and use cases for new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of the Flexcube system.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [insert years] years of experience as a Business Analyst in corporate banking.
  • Proven experience with the Flexcube banking system is essential.
  • Strong understanding of corporate banking products, services, and operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in the use of SQL for querying databases.
  • Experience in conducting UAT and training end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
  • Knowledge of other banking platforms or systems is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Project management experience is beneficial.
