Key Responsibilities:

· Drive sales revenue of QR678 in aesthetic chain centers across West Bengal, Odisha, North East India.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including dermatologists, trichologists, centre heads, and aesthetic clinics offering hair restoration services.

· Provide comprehensive support to clients, including product training, education on treatment protocols, and assistance with marketing collateral.

· Devise tactical strategy for market expansion and capitalize on growth opportunities.

· Monitor sales performance across designated regions, analyze market trends, and identify areas for improvement.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

· Adapt sales strategies and tactics to meet and exceed revenue targets within specified timelines.

Qualifications :

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 4 -6 years of successful sales experience in the aesthetics or healthcare industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex scientific information in a clear and concise manner.

· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to drive sales growth.

· Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

· Willingness to travel extensively, with approximately 2 weeks of outstation travel required per month.
