Overview / Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key role in the development of the data migration strategy
  • Work with the business to ensure that all data is cleansed, mapped and delivered to given timelines
  • Work with the project team to ensure all data is in Oracle for SIT, UAT and Go live
  • Ensure all data is reconciled and signed off by the business
  • Support the project team in delivery of key milestones during project implementation
  • Work with the business to collate all required F&A data for project implementation
  • Provide guidance and support to the business in relation to data requirements
  • Understand impacts of data on other ERP modules and thirdparty systems and be able to provide guidance
  • Maintain close working relationships with all functional areas in relation to system processes
  • Work with endusers to resolve problems, address functional issues, and provide guidance in the use of systems
  • Support business readiness and training
  • Creation and maintenance of system processes and guidance material
  • Work with BAU and Project teams in developing and testing configuration changes
  • Assist with production of test scripts and support testing processes
  • Assist with system build where appropriate
  • Provide information, insight, and support to the project team where input is required such as training, testing and communications
  • Develop, create and maintain data auditing processes and schedules with a focus to mitigating risks associated with data integrity and improving data integrity performance
  • Assist with the testing of patches, upgrades, enhancements and deployments
  • Work with Reporting stream to ensure a robust data audit solution is available for use

Skills / Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Graduate level or relevant recent experience

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • An understanding of ERP/IT projects
  • Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyse data effectively from multiple systems
  • Evidence of achieving challenging performance targets
  • Experience of working with mínimal supervision to deliver and meet project deadlines
