The Senior School Head reports directly to Principal and helps to plan, coordinate, and direct academic and other activities of school.

As second in hierarchy, he/she assists Principal in academic and administrative matters pertaining to internal functioning of the school and is overall in-charge of functions of school, acting as a key link to staff, students, and parents.

To correspond with parents, CBSE, CAIE, and various schools, etc.
  • To coordinate with various academic departments for smooth functioning of Academics.
To coordinate with HMs, HODs, and staff for various school events, parent-teacher meetings, etc.

To ensure supervision of classroom teaching and secure cooperation and coordination amongst teachers of same subject/area as well as inter-subject/inter-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary coordination.

Coordinate with various departments/faculty members for interdisciplinary and concept-based teaching classes.

Coordinate with Director Academics to organize result meetings with subject teachersTo support Principal in smooth functioning of Pastoral Programme of the school.

To ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all Stakeholders in School Community, and suggest measures for constant improvement of School Systems and environment.

To keep Principal informed about any pastoral concerns.
To assist Principal in implementation of all official policies ensuring smooth functioning of school.

To assist Principal in orientation of new staff members and students ensuring that they are settled in school environment/work schedule.

Responsible for Appraisal review of Academic StaffResponsible for receiving budget proposals from various Department Heads and Activity Directors.
Responsible for Annual College Calendar in consultation with School Principal.
Any other duties assigned by Principal from time to time.
