Candidate Profile / Role & Responsibilities:

Accomplished educationist and strategic leader with experience in managing and leading K12 School
Well-versed with standard operating procedures, and processes as per the norms

  • At least 10-20 years of teaching experience preferably in a reputed CBSE school-of which at least 4-5 years as a HOD/Senior curriculum coordinator Head of School/ Vice Principal
  • Experience in the CBSE affiliation process and procedure will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge about designing and developing curriculum to meet the needs of the school program as per the CBSE
  • Experience in heading the School clubs like Science club, English club, Information Technology club, etc. is necessary
  • Responsible for teacher supervision, guidance, and development to ensure proper adaptation and adjustment of staff to the environment
  • Will play a key role in the school improvement planning process to ensure sustainable student excellence.
  • Development of curriculum, teacher training, and understanding of institutional developments from inception to management, administration, affiliation, academics, and public relations.
  • Must have thorough knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies
  • Education policy formulation and change management.
Qualifications: Post Graduate Subject Teacher with B, Ed, and School Administrative experience
Soft Skills: patience, confidence, innovative thinking, and sound decision-making. In addition, must have strong interpersonal skills and be effective communicators.
