Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting close process and ensure smooth close processing.
  • Lead the monthly MIS-FS preparation and reporting to the stakeholders.
  • Design, lead, and implement forecast and performance management processes to institute rigor and accountability
  • Preparation of Cash Flow Statements on a weekly basis
  • Responsible for the fundraising activities such as funding documentation, diligence, and financial coordination.
  • Responsibility for building the policies
  • Lead all aspects of and maintain the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Handling BIG 4 Auditors for the smooth close of Statutory Audit and Tax Audit
  • Implement and supervise internal controls within the R2R process
  • Lead operational enhancements to improve cash management processes.
  • Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
  • Partner with external and internal stakeholders as well as banking partners and other Finance teams.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant[CA] with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience OR
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience

General Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
