Monthly P&L, Cash Flow & Balance Sheet
Key Purpose of this position:
Responsible for product costing, pricing, budgeting, variance analysis, cost benefit analysis & Monthly P&L, Monthly Cash Flow, Banking activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Compiling, analyzing and reporting financial data.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow, etc
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
Computing – payment and return filling– GST, TDS, TCS, etc.
Vendor and other payment processing.
To perform product costing, pricing, budgeting, variance analysis, cost benefit analysis
To ensure timely coordination and analysis of financial information including quarterly financial results, yearly budgeting
To monitor budget v/s actual costs for the plant and report variance through MIS and discuss with the Production team for the same to minimize the variance.
To Verifying & pass the purchase billFinalization & Reconciliation of Vendors Accounts.
Reconciliation of all GL and Fixed Asset registers.
To ensure the high level accuracy and timely submission of all MIS reports
