About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced supply chain management leader and subject matter expert to lead Technology strategic sourcing category.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a highly skilled team of supply chain professionals, to align and execute Technology category enterprise sourcing strategies and supplier capabilities to achieve companywide business objectives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for supply chain management, life cycle activities, new sources and technologies as business requirements evolve
  • Manage a team of category experts that have responsibility for companywide supplier initiatives, negotiations and contracting activities
  • Support governance and control programs to ensure business continuity, protect company assets, and compliance with corporate and regulatory policies
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding supply chain policies, strategies, and processes to optimize sourcing efficiencies and measure supplier performance
  • Implement process and management systems, maintain current understanding of various industry best practices, commodity, spend category benchmarks and supplier capabilities
  • Collaborate with and consult with peers, colleagues and multiple level managers interact directly with external customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Supply Chain
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of Supply Chain experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience in Technology category Supply Chain,
