Job Summary:

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The HR Manager will manage activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
    • Conduct job interviews and coordinate with department managers to understand and fulfill staffing needs.
  2. Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, policies, and procedures.
    • Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Performance Management:
    • Oversee the performance appraisal process, provide coaching and feedback, and assist in setting performance goals.
    • Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
  4. Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and create or coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:
    • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal standards.
    • Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluations.
  6. Compliance and Record-Keeping:
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately and confidentially.
  7. HR Strategy and Policy Development:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals.
    • Advise management on HR best practices and contribute to strategic planning.
  8. Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
    • Organize employee events and recognition programs.
  9. HR Metrics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and report on HR performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of (X) years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
