Specific Job Requirements

As part of the Digital HR learning, leadership, talent and diversity team, this role will play a key role in delivery of strategic learning initiatives.


You will plan and drive blended learning initiatives, working closely with peers, vendors, sponsors, stakeholders and HRBPs focussing on closing the key skills gaps that exist today.

You will manage the governance and budgets for driving such initiatives, collaborating with your peers.


You'll also work with BT Group learning team to align with the group learning approach to ensure everything we do in Digital aligns with and complements BT group-wide initiatives.

The scope of the role covers technical, behavioural & leadership skills development. The key customers for this role are Digital colleagues.

What you'll be doing - your accountabilities

Manage design and delivery of face to face, virtual and digital learning interventions aligned to strategic goals of Digital, working closely with Learning & Skills specialists.


Build learning solutions in Degreed & SuccessFactors platforms to cater to large-scale target audiences and multiple personas across the organisation.

Administer license-based learning platforms such as Pluralsight, Coursera, LinkedIn learning and drive communications to improve utilisation

Work with business stakeholders to understand training needs, support solutioning of the learning requests working with Subject matter experts.

Document policies and procedures, maintain records related to learning and impact of learning

Track and govern budgets for Technical, leadership and behavioural learning, including raising Purchase orders, ensuring invoice payments.


Work with business representatives to assess the impact of our learning solutions to understand if they are delivering the required business outcomes and ROI.


Build relationships with senior stakeholders and partners in India and UK, ensuring training interventions align both learner and business needs.


You'll have the following skills:

Stakeholder management

Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Recording keeping & Data analysis using MS Excel
Facilitation skills Decision making Prioritisation
Process improvement
Documentation
Knowledge on SuccessFactors for Learning administration preferred, but not mandatory.

You'll have the following knowledge:

  • Approaches to training needs analysis and learning impact evaluation
  • Adult learning theory and principles
  • Learning and development technologies e.g., Mobile and social, learning management systems, learning experience, instructional design tools
  • Gomo or others
  • Programme management best practices, e.g. governance, templates and deliverables
