Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ads Manager with a strong background in Google ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, marketplace Ads Campaign(Amazon/flipkart/Myntra).The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various platforms, with a focus on driving e-commerce sales and maximizing ROI.

The candidate should have a deep understanding of the latest trends in Meta and marketplace advertising, a proven track record of successful campaigns, and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape.


Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:
Develop and execute innovative and data-driven marketing strategies to achieve e-commerce goals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of marketing campaigns.

Campaign Management:
Plan, create, and optimize advertising campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all marketplaces (Amazon/flipkart/Myntra)

Audience Targeting:
Develop and refine customer personas to enhance targeting precision and campaign effectiveness.

Budget Management:
Effectively manage advertising budgets to achieve maximum return on investment.
Implement cost-effective strategies and optimisations to improve campaign efficiency.

Collaboration:
Work closely with reative team, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Work closely with POC of marketplaces and Meta to improve campaigns

Testing and Optimisation:
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimise ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
Implement continuous improvement strategies based on data-driven insights.

Reporting:
Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Utilise analytics tools to track and measure the success of campaigns against established KPIs.

Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, tools, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends using Google Analytics1-5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid advertising campaigns on e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and the customer journey.
Certifications in Meta advertising and other relevant digital marketing certifications are a plus.
