Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze customer requirements
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and arrange site visits
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closure
  • Develop sales plans and oversee sales activities
  • Build and maintain a strong customer database
  • Meet sales targets and ensure timely collections
  • Monitor sales team performance and implement improvement plans
  • Set targets and coach sales reps for better performance
  • Conduct regular training programs to enhance team skills

Salary:
Competitive based on market standards

Location:
Hyderabad
(Off days on Mondays)

Working Hours:
On-site from 11 am to 8 pm
