Overseeing general office operation.

  • Organise and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in preparation of schedule reports
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting letters and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain filing system
  • Managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
  • Creating presentations and other managementlevel reports.
  • Hiring, supervising, and evaluating staff members.
  • Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Greeting and directing visitors to the appropriate parties.
  • Ensuring that the office is wellmaintained, organized, and secure.
  • Assisting with special projects, such as process improvement.
  • Developing and implementing new policies and processes.

Office Manager Requirements:

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent.
  • Five years of experience in office administration
  • Office management experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)

  • Administrative: 5 years (required)
