Primary Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement communications campaigns and strategies across all channels including social media.
  • Strategic communications, branding initiatives and product marketing targeting all community members (client, employees, and partners).
  • Develop and manage content calendar, launch engaging campaigns, and content to attract attention, generate interest and relevant updates on all channels.
  • Responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers across social channels.
  • Content writing to deliver newsletters, brochures, social media content on a regular basis.
  • Reach out to influencers, digital media and beyond to create engaging stories.
  • Provide compressive communication and updates to all stakeholders and handle crisis communications.
  • Create internal communications initiatives for employee engagement.

Prerequisites:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
  • Up to date on digital and social trends and able to stay ahead of the curve.
  • 8+ years of experience working in a marketing, communications role primarily involving online & social media.
  • Proven success designing and executing marketing and communications strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to think analytically and strategically.
  • Capable of working well as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Great multitasker and capable of simultaneously managing multiple projects with different deadlines.
  • Familiarity or experience working with CRM software is an asset.
