Key Responsibilities:

Academic Counseling:
Provide educational guidance to students and parents, focusing on course details and institutional information.

HR & Receptionist Duties:
Manage front desk activities, maintain employee records, and support the recruitment process.

Social Media Management:
Create compelling content for social media platforms, engaging with the academic community.

Collaboration and Communication:
Work alongside academic and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Offline Marketing Initiatives:
Participate actively in community engagements to promote IITIANGUIDE.

Qualifications:

  • Background in science, with a minimum qualification of 12th class pass.
  • Strong counseling and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media and digital marketing.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Approachable, professional demeanor.
  • Quick learning capacity and adaptability in diverse roles.
  • Proactive and ready to tackle new challenges.

Job Details:

  • Fulltime role: 68 hours/day, 56 days a week.
  • Starting Salary: ₹2,000/month.
