NTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks an "Network and Systems Senior Associate" to join our team in "Hyderabad".
Client's business problem to solve.
Client: NTT DATA Japan (Information Technology Management office): Global QA Team is the Centralized support team servicing APAC, Services, JAPAN, CHINA, EMEA, EVERIS and Business Solutions regions.
Position's General Duties and Tasks
In these roles you will be responsible for:
QA team is the first Point of contact for the Global Shared System (Global Mail, Global AD, NTT Data Portals and Global Network) issues for the regions (Services, APAC, EMEA, EVERIS, JAPAN, CHINA, EMEA and BS) and maintaining a high level of customer support.Will be working as a liaison for the ITM Team (Headquarters, Japan), regional IT teams and Technical Support teams on various issues related to Global Shares Systems (AD, Email, Network and SharePoint).Collaborating with Central, Headquarters and regional teams on incidents, maintenances, and change activities.Monitor mails and acknowledge issues within defined SLAReady to initiate an emergency meeting as per the request whenever required.Tracking Remedy Tickets & Follow-Up's with the respective teams to make sure the request is addressed with in due date.Ensure system availability and reliability of overall Global Shared systems all the time.Preparing weekly and monthly reports Managing the Change Maintenance Calendar.Handling global Shared Systems Support Operations (24*7) Individually.Requirements for this role include:
Ability to understand and work on Critical, high, medium, and low priority tickets through Remedy ticketing tool.Should have knowledge on how Remedy Ticketing tool works.Incident managementChange managementProblem managementKnowledge on Active Directory Knowledge on how Office365 applications works.Networking ConceptsWilling to work in 24*7 Shift OperationsPreferences: - ITIL Foundation certification preferable.
Strong team player work independently and to be self-motivated.Adaptable and ability to quickly understand the new technologies / emerging marketsTake ownership and focus on outcome and user experience.Ability to work and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical teamsWork in virtual teams spanning multiple time zones.Required schedule availability for this position is 24/7 shift operation. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
