What you'll do

In your role as a senior architect, you will assume ownership for services aiming to steer customers towards operational stability and performance and adoption of innovation along roadmaps that help consume advanced SAP software and services while aligning IT strategy with the business strategy.

  • Perform (high-level) analysis of business processes and requirements
  • Create solution specifications and user stories
  • Your main objective will be to create the best system environment for the customer, more specifically leveraging SAP's HANA and Cloud products along with designing and optimizing the deployment of SAP technology solutions
  • Collaborate with other solution architects and provide direction to development teams for solution realization
  • You need to have a very good understanding of the SAP product offering and its interoperability with other components, as well as a high-level understanding of interface technology, solution and landscape design, road map planning, actively understand latest SAP trends, innovation, and strategies

What you bring

  • Professional experience in data architecture modeling and documentation and/or software development and programming
  • Background in IT architecture and key methodologies for efficient deployment and operation of SAP applications
  • Ability to present complex information to customers and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner
  • Quick learner to learn and become a subject matter expert (SME) of latest SAP technologies and non-NetWeaver offerings
  • Knowledge of SAP applications
  • Experience with one or more common UI frameworks like React, , Angular, FIORI/UI5 and related web technologies.
  • Proficient in writing web applications using Java-based technology stacks.
  • Experience with cloud and microservices architectures.
  • Proficient in development tools and practices such as Git workflows, Test Automation, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with agile project delivery (Scrum, Kanban etc.)
  • SAP's Business Technology platform SAP's internal system infrastructure and landscape SAP's Business AI
