We are on the lookout for a prospective team player to assume the role of Associate, Control II within our Pershing India services limited division. This role is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu/Pune, Maharashtra - HYBRID.
In this position, you will contribute significantly in the following capacities:
  • Conducting the annual process mapping review for Pershing EMEA in i-grafix
  • Effective Stakeholder Management and collaboration with Senior leadership
  • Supervising and collaborating with managers on regular policy and procedure reviews for Pershing EMEA
  • Providing periodic reporting and MI governance updates to the Pershing EMEA leadership and stakeholders
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent blend of education and experience is a requisite
  • Preferably 3-4 years of cumulative work experience
  • Familiarity with i-grafix or Process mapping tools such as Visio, and similar
  • Prior experience in risk compliance and first line of defense protocols
  • Proven track record of direct stakeholder engagement, preferably within the financial services domain
