Description

International Card Services (ICS) is a key player in providing a wide range of financial solutions for businesses of all sizes across the globe. We are looking for a savvy individual to join our Signings Review team in ICS Performance & Insights (P&I) within the ICS Center of Excellence (COE).

  • Oversee Signings Review and Governance for multiple international markets
  • Provide analytical insights to support business strategies
  • Collaborate with regional teams and drive innovation
  • Develop and maintain process documentation
  • Drive process improvements through automation
  • Own PRSA controls and support Sales Audits

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong focus on execution and goal setting
  • Resourceful and data-driven mindset
  • Positive attitude and adaptive to change
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience
  • People Leadership experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL, Cornerstone / Hive, Python & Tableau
  • Prior experience with IAG or auditing
  • Experience with machine learning
  • Strong communicator and relationship builder
