- What you will be doing
Coordinate and manage office events, campaigns or special projects.- Receiving, Hosting and supporting visitors and promote the CBS brand with these engagements.- Assist during special visits, induction, onboarding.- Manage Reception during staff induction and key visits.- Majorly work on MS Excel, make PPT's, word file.
Make ppt for townhall, business reviews and other requirements. Providing support for Site manager and CBS central and local Leadership team board; preparing meeting materials, coordinating and assisting board activities and travel.- In charge of daily office administration duties and other responsibilities required to ensure smooth office operations (including managing sufficient level of office supplies, stationery, etc).- Make travel and accommodation arrangements (for domestic and international) for executives.- Be the single point of contact for the travel & visa partner to ensure office colleagues approved travels are processed.- Book business lunches/dinner and meeting venues/restaurants as required.
What your background should look likeREQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience of 710 years as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Worked in a multinational corporate with the C-Suite.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to manage campaigns, projects and activities independently.
- Strong influencing skills to be able to work in a matrix structure with staff across hierarchy, quite often involving the entire site which will have 640 colleagues in hybrid and remote working.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred higher education in business administration, accounting, project management, social science.
- Fluent English is a key skills requirement for working in international environment. Previous experience in managing 600+ colleague offices (in Shared Centre environment is an advantage), executive assistance, procurement, training management.
