Key Responsibilities :

SharePoint Administration :

Manage and maintain SharePoint environments, including installation, configuration, and patching of SharePoint servers and services.

- Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of SharePoint sites and applications.

Troubleshooting :

Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint functionality, performance, and security.

- Troubleshoot errors, access issues, and other technical problems to minimize downtime and disruptions.

SharePoint Designer :

Utilize SharePoint Designer to customize and enhance SharePoint sites, workflows, and forms.

- Develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements and improve user experience.

User Support :

Provide technical support and assistance to SharePoint users.

- Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practices for using SharePoint features and functionalities.

Documentation :

Maintain documentation of SharePoint configurations, policies, and procedures.

- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices for future reference.

Qualifications :

- Experience : 6+ years of experience in SharePoint Administration and SharePoint Designer roles, with a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and functionality.

- Troubleshooting Skills : Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve SharePoint-related issues effectively.

- Experience with debugging tools and techniques is a plus.

- Knowledge of SharePoint : Solid understanding of SharePoint and its capabilities, including document management, collaboration, workflow automation, and web content management.

- Information Technology Knowledge : Familiarity with information technology principles, concepts, and best practices.

- Understanding of networking, security, and server administration is beneficial.

- Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions in a timely manner.

- Related Technologies : Familiarity with related technologies such as Active Directory, SQL Server, IIS, and Office 365 is a plus.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
