We are looking for a Senior Consultant, Recruitment to join our growing team. You will be involved in the hiring strategy, execution and end-to-end recruitment for positions aligned to you. This is a great opportunity to be part of the team which is focusing on building for the future.

Education and CertificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical degree or equivalent experience is preferred.6+ years programmatic development experience, the majority specifically with SalesforceAdvanced level of understanding of the Salesforce Roadmap,


particularly Financial Cloud experienceBrief JDAdvanced Salesforce development skills including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (HTML, JavaScript, CSS), Platform Events, REST, SOAP, Metadata & Streaming APIsExperience with JavaScript libraries including JQuery, Angular, D3 and React.

Deep Knowledge of Salesforce object model in conjunction with SOQL and SOSLExperience with Java/J2EE and Mobile platform development a plusVery strong communication skills (both written and verbal).

Exhibit an ability to effectively work with both technical and non-technical resources and communicate complex topics clearly and conciselyCertified Platform Developer I at a minimumCertified Platform Developer II a plusFamiliarity with platform authentication (SAML, SSO, OAuth)Understanding of architecture and ability to design scalable performance-driven solutionsUnderstanding of Apex Development Patterns, Test Driven Development & Best PracticesUnderstanding of sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architectureExperience with Shield is a plusKnowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems.

Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologiesExperience in SalesforceDX is a plusExperience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL)
