Qualifications, Education & Experience Requirements:

Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields with over 4 years of professional experience (experience in sales management is a plus)

· At least 2 years of thriving B2B external sales experience and a proven track record of excellence

· Background in staff augmentation or similar service-oriented sales, particularly in the Non-IT (BFSI) sector, is highly desirable.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

· Demonstrates a sense of importance, remarkable presentation skills, and upholds high standards of professionalism and integrity.

· Shows willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

· Working under the supervision of the Director of Strategic Relations, Business Manager – Strategic Relations, or Senior Account Manager – Strategic Relations to oversee all stages of the sales process. This includes:

· Enhancing sales and market share through designated and newly acquired accounts.

· Nurturing established and new client connections by utilizing available resources.

· Reaching out to and meeting potential clients in existing accounts to identify their needs, recruitment cycles, and develop a close customer relationship.

· Crafting and delivering sales details and impactful proposals to clients.

· Collaborating with the Delivery team to spot client requirements, assess those needs, introduce top candidates, and gather/provide candidate and interview feedback.

· Accountable for formulating and executing strategies to drive revenue growth in current / allocated client base.

· Working in a team-oriented sales environment that includes sales leads, relationship managers, and subject matter experts.

· Tasked with building expertise in the domain/industry you are engaged in.

Span of Control / Coverage:

· Depending on the Account Landscape, the Account Manager may supervise 1-2 Lead Generation Specialists
