Purpose/ Overview of the Role


Work as an individual contributor in the sales function for the assigned region, in line with business goals and reporting into the Sales leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for generating new sales through
- lead generation, maintaining a healthy pipeline, lead progression, executive stakeholder conversations, negotiation & Closures.

  • Lead generation through social selling, networking with industry bodies, event participation, running multi touch point marketing campaigns, & site visits to prospect as needed.
  • Should be able to connect and interact with CXO, HR Head / Finance etc., and create connect thereby increase the enterprise sales for the organization.
  • Nurturing the lead through product demonstration, positioning, in person visit to the prospect as needed.
  • Studying and sharing feedback on competition, market insights to continuously enhance our offerings and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders ensuring successful golives for customers.
  • Build and promote, long lasting Customer Relationship.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction among business stakeholders.
  • Analyzing sales Data, present sales, and revenue to management
  • Meeting and exceeding the Sales Quota.
Education Requirement

MBA (Sales & Marketing)/BE/B.Tech.,

Years of experience

Requires a minimum of 5-7 years of enterprise selling experience

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated consistent over plan performance and good tenure.
  • Solution selling experience to enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of HR tech products & industry in general
  • Experience in Selling SaaS products
  • Soft skills (communication, presentation, listening, negotiation and relationship management)
