CRESCENT AROMAS Commercial Marketing and Sales Officer

We are glad to claim that we provide our products and services to the major players in the industry due to our commitment and exceptional services.
We are currently looking to expand our Marketing and Sales team and have opened up a 'Commercial Marketing and Sales Officer' role to provide more intimate support for our expanding customer base in India and increase the market for our products i.e.
Basic Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
- Over 2 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing field. (in the same industry would be an added advantage).
- Digital Marketing skills.
- Excellent business and commercial knowledge.
- Good presentation and project management skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the designated market (50% of your time).
Computer knowledge
- MS Office and other relevant platforms
You will be based in Mumbai and report to the Technical Marketing Manager of India to help.
As a Marketing concern, your ROLES will be:
- To offer a competitiveedge marketing to support sales objectives
- Travel within the country and develop business
- Share your market analysis and existing consumer insights knowledge
- Identify market needs and opportunities through external and internal data analysis
- Work closely with Technical team to develop proactive concepts for the local market
- Develop new customers and build close working relations
- To follow up and bring new briefs of great interest to the company
- Create strategies to increase company's presence in the market, including online through digital marketing
- Be responsible for sales & business development, collection, inventory planning, and building a project pipeline with a set of direct accounts.
- Report on sales and profit evolution at least once a month during the closure of the month.
- Lead negotiation on pricing agreements, manage credit, customer contracts, pricing, rebates, etc. for key accounts.
- Develop & deliver internal and customer presentations.
Your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, or a relevant management or marketing discipline.
- Having 2 + years of relevant experience in B2B or B2C Sales in Business Development or Key
- Sales, Marketing or Management roles preferably with companies in the Flavours and Fragrance industry.
- Adequate knowledge of Food, Beverage, Ingredients, Chemicals or Packaging sectors.
- Good knowledge of F&B customers, competition, and an existing network in India will be ideal.
Salary:
Up to ₹720,000.00 per year
Day range:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
