Semiconductor Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter with specialized expertise in the semiconductor industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and roles within the industry. The Semiconductor Industry Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting talent for non-technical roles such as manufacturing, operations, supply chain, sales, marketing, and administrative positions within semiconductor companies. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting within the semiconductor industry and a strong network of industry contacts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent for non-technical roles within the semiconductor industry.
- Formulate and execute recruitment blueprints to ensnare top-tier talent for non-technical roles within the semiconductor industry.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and requirements for non-IT positions.
- Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including professionals, associations, and educational institutions, to source qualified candidates.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to determine their fit for specific non-technical roles and cultural alignment with client companies.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to advise hiring managers on recruitment best practices and strategies for non-IT roles.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand professional knowledge and network with potential candidates and clients.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of [X] years of experience in non-IT recruitment within the semiconductor industry or a related field.
3. Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and non-technical roles within the industry.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
6. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools and technologies.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
9. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
10. Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources management (e.g., PHR, SPHR, AIRS) preferred but not required.
