Designation: WFM specialist
Work Location: Chennai, Ambit IT Park, Ambattur, Chennai
Seeking individuals with WFM experience in scheduling, forecasting, RTA, and the complete WFM process
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure agents' adherence - Utilize Nice WFM and Genesys (Pure cloud) to manage queues efficiently and provide guidance to respective LOBs for effective communication with leadership
- Monitor and alert on Calls in queue, High handle time, Non-adherence of Breaks, Lunch, and provide service updates
Required Skills & Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of Metrics and applicable tools, strong Reporting skills, Decision-Making abilities, proficient in Time Management, limited technical knowledge of Project applications, working knowledge of WFM tools such as Nice WFM, Genesys, Sales Force, SAP (Added Advantage)
- Proficiency in Excel, highly Analytical, and adaptable to changing work environments
