Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Management:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive working environment through effective employee engagement and communication.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Performance Management:
- Implement and oversee performance management systems to ensure that employees’ activities and outputs meet the organization's goals.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Training and Development:
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to employees and management.
Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the company’s compensation and benefits plans.
- Conduct a continuous analysis of compensation programs and policies.
Workforce Planning:
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
