Position OverviewRalph Lauren is embarking on a multi-year Transformational journey to Digitize the Value Chain which will reinvent the way we work by leveraging our talent and creativity with the latest innovations, lean processes, data driven & implementing modern technologies.

The Program will consist of COE teams across 4 Tracks:

Product Transformation, Supplier Collaboration, Supply & Demand Alignment and a Data team that will consist of a hybrid of talent with business, technology and analytical experience.

This role is responsible for assisting the Supplier Collaboration COE team in Transforming how we manage our Finished Good and Raw Material Supplier Master Data and onboarding supporting processes.

The selected candidate will develop deep expertise in the area of Vendor Management and related applications.

The primary focus of this role is centered on supporting the transformation of working in new ways with our suppliers and continuous development of Logility VMS and related modules.

They act as a key liaison with cross functional partners to ensure that the business needs are being met and that the business users can perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.

The Functional Support Analyst for the Supplier Collaboration Transformation track is a role that will report into the Supplier Lead from Business.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Understand the Strategy and Vision for Ralph Lauren's multi-year journey to Digitize the Value Chain and be part of Supplier Collaboration COE in delivering the user experiences around Supplier Transformation
  • Support end-to-end testing of solutions being developed by agile technical development teams
  • Support end-user training including documentation, training attendance adherence, calendars
  • Provide post-go-live support & support hyper care activities
  • Provide Level1 Business Support for production operations
  • Support Business Operations tasks and processes not limited to RM Onboarding/Exiting
  • Willing to learn applications functionally that are part of the Business Processes
  • Perform data analysis used by teams to influence & improve decision making across operational processes
  • Monitor & regularly report data quality for specific focus areas through analysis, system queries/ad hoc reporting
  • Provide support with process design for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) usage. Help with design, development and ongoing support and troubleshooting for RPA capabilities. Manage and test automation workflows for in TestRails during system upgrades. Act as primary point of contact for ongoing support for all RPA projects.
  • Support documentation of business processes via detailed workflows, including functional & data requirements in partnership with agile team
  • Document end-user feedback from show backs with business (prototypes, system demos), informs future business requirements
  • Assist Business teams with maintaining data attributes within RL systems as required by Product Owners (i.e. updating, adding, or removing as needed)
  • Assist RL QA and Global Citizenship teams with maintaining key audit findings in RL Systems.
  • Assist in monitoring of user adoption & process adherence via KPIs in partnership with change management team
  • Have regular connects with track mentors & co-pilots: onboarding, workflow assignment, issue resolution, feedback loops
  • Document issues/risks & escalate them to Product Owners
  • Log and maintain open tasks within Jira work management tool or Service Now
  • Additional functional support activities as defined by business leadsExperience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Fashion or any bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience of 1 year+ in Vendor Management, Supply Chain Operations or related areas
  • Experience with reporting & analytics preferred, including using BI tools (Microstrategy or similar)
  • Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Forms, Jira, SmartSheet, Mural & other or equivalent tools
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with confidence presenting in small group settings
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and manage complex cross-functional business processes
  • Collaborative, motivated, and energetic with ability to work on multiple tasks
  • Team player that thrives in a learning environment that is agile & connected to the 'end-user'
  • Familiar with Agile delivery concepts (SAFe, Scrum or Kanban) & SAFe certifications is a plus
