US Business Hours (i.e., your shift may end by 4:30 AM or 5:30 AM IST)**
Work Day / Hours: 5 days week - 45 hours a week (This is an office job.

WFH on some days may be possible as per shift timing)

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
