Position:
College Principal

Salary Range:
Rs 35,000 to Rs 45,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Vision:
Pilot the academic and administrative functions of the college, leading faculty, staff, and students towards achieving institutional objectives

2 Curriculum Oversight:
Ensure a rigorous and current curriculum, fostering consistent innovation in teaching methods and learning experiences

3 Faculty Development:
Champion the professional advancement of the faculty members, facilitating research, training, and collaborative opportunities

4 Student Welfare:
Establish a supportive and stimulating environment for students, aiding in their academic and extracurricular endeavors

5 Stakeholder Engagement:
Strengthen relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the broader Vijayawada community

6 Operational Excellence:
Oversee administrative, fiscal, and infrastructural aspects of the college, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with regulations

7 Strategic Planning:
Formulate and execute short-term and long-term strategies for institutional growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Education or a related field (Ph.
D. preferred).- A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership roles with a proven track record.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make decisions, and handle challenges effectively.- Proficiency in using tech tools for academic and administrative tasks.- Familiarity with the latest trends, regulations, and challenges in higher education.
