Role Responsibilities

Manages and continuously enhances the capabilities within Data Protection solutions.Provides expert advice and drives various key management initiatives within the Bank including those related to endpoint, database, file/folder, tokenization, cloud and bigdata environmentsResponsible for integration of key management systems with Storage devices, Backup systems and ApllicationsCoordinate solution implementation, advisory, problem management, change control and incident response.Excellent collaborator with business teams, infra teams, security operations and offers technical guidanceDevelops, tracks and analyses actionable metrics to continuously improve tooling and procedures and provide visibility of operations to management.Provides simple solutions to a variety of complex technical problems.Performs security assessments and vulnerability analysis as required to justify risk tolerances and acceptancesDocumentation of security infrastructure, implementation, operational manuals and developing configurations to meet new business requestsSupport and guidance to others within the team and across the function as neededWork independently with minimal supervision in order to define and implement complex projectsStrong written and verbal communication skills to interact at all levels of the Fidelity organization, from senior executives to technical expertsSecurity Certification a plusContribute to the Risk and Audit hygience and governance for the functionDemonstrate organizational values in decision making and inspire, retain and lead a team of high performers

QUALIFICATIONS

TRAINING, LICENSES, MEMBERSHIPS AND CERTIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

·Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field

·12+ years of progressive Data Protection experience with at least 3 years in delivering enterprise solutions

·Minimum 5 years' experience in Encryption & Key Management and allied technologies like PKI and HSM

·Highly entrepreneurial with a high level of energy, dedication and an unrelenting drive to success and win

·Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing the organisation's goal. Exudes confidence and will roll-up his/her sleeves to drive success

·Able to get things done in a quick-paced environment. Be transparent and open around what doesn't work and what does

·Expertise and strong technical skills in Key Management and related topics

·Demonstrated expertise in more than 2 areas of the following:

·Mandatory: Cryptography and data encryption products (such as Vormetric, Protegrity, Voltage, Symantec etc.)

·Mandatory; Experience on at least one Enterprise wide KMPI compliant Key Management Solution (SafeNet, Vormetric etc)

·Mandatory: Cryptography including Key Management and HSM (such as SafeNet, Gemalto, Vormetric, Thales, Hashicorp, etc.)

·Experience in integration of Key management solutions with enterprise applications and Databases like Oracle and MySQL

·Understanding of protocols like KMIP and PKC#11 mandatory

·Scripting capabilities using Python/Windows PowerShell would be a major plus

·Keen understanding of national and international laws, regulations, policies and ethics related to financial industry cybersecurity (NYDFS, FINRA, MAS, GDPR, etc.)

·Cyber security certifications (such as CISSP and CISM)
