Join our team at KUSHBHARGAVA MGMT AND HR CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED as the Head of Digital Marketing for our Leading Client. In this role, you will lead a high-performing B2B digital marketing team and be instrumental in shaping and executing a comprehensive digital strategy across multiple brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a result driven B2B digital marketing strategy encompassing Organic, Paid marketing, Social, ABM, Automation, and Omnichannel approaches.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of digital marketing specialists, fostering innovation and excellence in SEO, social media, analytics, performance, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive client journey across various touchpoints and drive strategic priorities based on buyer-focused audience insights.
  • Oversee integrated demand generation campaigns on platforms such as social media, Email, PPC ads, and LinkedIn paid campaigns to fuel pipeline growth.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, optimizing strategies to deliver high-quality SQLs and impressive ROI.
  • Drive continuous experimentation and A/B testing to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing tactics.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 10-15 years of experience in managing digital marketing strategies and campaigns, with at least 4 years specifically in B2B digital marketing (Organic, Paid marketing, Social, ABM, Automation, Omnichannel).
  • Proven experience in managing a team of digital marketers for 2-3 years, demonstrating leadership, mentorship, and team development skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand complex business challenges and develop innovative digital marketing solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English. Proficiency in German or any other foreign language is a plus.
