This position is responsible for:
Basic copywriting for posts and handling Online Reputation Management (ORM) for the brand/s assigned.
Monthly/ Weekly report to the Management/ Client regarding the account's activities.
To liaise with internal stakeholders of Schbang to ensure that projects are running smoothly on time.
Understanding the client's requirements/ brief and accordingly getting the internal teams to provide creative solutions.

Presenting the creative solution to the client, getting necessary approvals, and working towards finalizing the approach for further course of action.

Tracking competition brands to understand and define the brand way forward that will differentiate the brand from the competitorsTracking industry as well as category trends to incorporate the same in marketing strategies/contentKeeping an eye out for moments and topics that may be relevant to the brandProvide timely feedback to the internal teams and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concept, design, etc.

Research Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter and media websites like Inshorts and other news platforms such as Google News; daily for platform updates and trends to inform the team about the same.

Understanding of the consumer and delivering relevant content which in turn drives success for the brand.

Maintaining Job Status Report (JSRs) in order to ensure the work for the brands is synced well within the team and the work is executed in a timely manner.

Coverage of all promotional events:
Responsible for accurately covering all promotional/ special events/occasions/days and suggesting possible collaboration opportunities relevant to the brand.

Ensure the clients brief is accurately passed on to the design department to avoid a high percentage of rework on the creativeCoordination with other departments

Understand the client's clear objectives about the brand, the current position and the key issues defining it and what exactly it is that the client requires

Research:


Responsible to carry out in-depth research about the clients brand and competitor brands, including previous campaigns run by the clients brand along with competitor brands.

Update with the new trends in the Digital space and make recommendations to the clients.

Copywriting:
Basic copywriting for posts for the brand/s assigned

Strategy and direction:
Working in tandem with the Brand Solutions Lead/ Group Brand Solutions Manager to arrive at a digital strategy.

ExecutionContent bank:
Curate relevant content which would be appealing to the client's ideal customers.

Create an innovative buzz around the brand, its product promotions, launches and brand-sponsored eventsDepartmental coordination:Ensure the brief received from the client is accurately passed on to the design departmentBrainstorm on design ideas keeping in mind the client brief.

Provide reference images if and when required.

Ensure the design team understand the brief and assist them if they required any inputs during design processResponsible for receiving the creative's back from the design team.

He/she should act as the bridge between the client and designer. And is responsible for explaining and selling the designers creative's and concept to the client.

Approval:
Ensure the final content bank is forwarded to the client or Account Lead/GSM for approval.

Take corrective action by making the changes if and when requiredPosting and ORM:

Ensure each post for each platform goes up live accurately at the right time .

Ensure each comment or inquiry is replied to in real time.

Reports & The Way Forward:

Deliver a comprehensive report to the Account Lead/GSM by the 3rd of every month and share with the client by 5th of every month (or the timeframe decided upon with the client).Update the client about the progress of their brand explaining the position of the brand, the increase in the visibility, the increase in the likes, shares, tweets, retweets etc.
