Requirement for TL and Customer Care Executive
Location:
Rajendra Place New Delhi.
Salary -20k to 25k
As a Team Leader and Telecaller, you will take on a dual role that involves both managing a team of telecallers and actively participating in telecalling activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that the team meets its targets, delivering excellent customer interactions, and contributing to the overall success of the sales or customer support efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of telecallers, providing clear direction, guidance, and support.
Monitor team performance, track key metrics, and provide regular feedback to team members.
Performance Management:
Set individual and team targets, and ensure that they are met or exceeded.
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance team performance.
Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals and excel in their roles.
Training and Development:
Provide training to new team members on telecalling techniques, product knowledge, and company policies.
Organize skill development sessions and workshops to enhance the team's capabilities.
Telecalling:
Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients to promote products, services, or offers.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner, addressing their needs and objections.
Provide information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, interactions, and outcomes using CRM software.
Continuously update customer profiles and notes for future reference.
Targets and Reporting:
Achieve individual and team sales targets as outlined by the organization.
Generate regular reports on call outcomes, conversions, and challenges faced.
Qualifications and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for both team interaction and customer engagement.
Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
