Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with select group of customers through individualised customer serviceHandle customers queries and provide superior service to the mapped customersEnsure timely delivery of customers' enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank's delivery standards in achieving total customer satisfaction are met timely checking of account opening documentation, opening of accounts etc.
Coordinate with relationship managers and meet / interact with key clients on a periodic basis to stock take on service levels and customer satisfaction Manage customer escalations and ensure customer grievance redressalMaintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics and assets in the bank Deepen the existing relationships by cross selling the Bank's products and services/ third party investment productsIdentify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetrationAcquire new customers by converting referral leads Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basisRecord and track all engagement activities through the CRM system Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank
