Key Points

  • Around 15-20 year of experience out of which at least 5 year at Leadership Position.
  • Proven experience as a CFO / Lead or a similar leadership role in a company with a turnover of at least Rs Cr. Worked in a publicly listed company.
  • Strong financial acumen and in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in successful fundraising activities, including IPO readiness.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Job Description:


The CFO is a key member of the executive management team and will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company's business.

This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization.

The role will encompass a wide range of financial functions, including budgeting and cost management, cash flow management, financial reporting, fund raising and investor relations, treasury management, taxation, and corporate governance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Management and other key stakeholders to develop longterm financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and vision.
  • Collaborate with Banks and Financial institutions to plan the long term /short term funding.
  • Lead fund raising strategies to support growth plans, including IPO readiness for group entities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive budgets aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Monitor and analyze budgetary performance regularly.
  • Oversee cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds for daily operations and strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor and manage the company's investment portfolio. Develop treasury strategies to optimize cash reserves and hedge / manage financial risk exposure.
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Implement a Robust MIS System. Conduct financial analysis to provide insights on financial performance, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial and accounting standards, regulations, and best practices. Comply with all accounting principles, regulations, and reporting requirements. Prepare monthly, quarterly annual P&L account, Audited Balance Sheet etc.
  • Oversee tax planning and compliance to minimize tax liabilities while adhering to relevant tax laws and regulations.
  • Support the board of directors in corporate governance matters.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and potential risks.
  • Develop and groom a team of professionals. Mange team for optimum productivity.
  • Enable team performance, give feedback and train team for desired competencies and output.
