In qualità di Coordinatore del Front Office, sarà responsabile di fornire assistenza nelle attività giornaliere del Front Office e di lavorare a contatto con clienti e ospiti, per soddisfare le loro esigenze e offrire un'esperienza di servizio clienti eccellente. I Coordinatori del Front Office sono responsabili delle prime impressioni dei nostri ospiti e, pertanto, devono svolgere le seguenti mansioni mantenendo sempre gli standard più elevati:
- Fornire assistenza al Responsabile del Front Office nelle operazioni giornaliere del Front Office
- Offrire un servizio tempestivo e cercare attivamente opportunità per aumentare la soddisfazione degli ospiti
- Assicurarsi che il team sia consapevole di qualsiasi riscontro significativo da parte degli ospiti e/o di altri reparti
- Gestire, risolvere o inoltrare al livello superiore in modo tempestivo tutti i reclami
- Lavorare con tutte le strutture e i servizi offerti dall'hotel e identificare opportunità di upselling e promozione di eventi nuovi o in corso
- Segnalare al team qualsiasi evento speciale o ospite di livello VIP presente in hotel per eventi o per un soggiorno generico
- Mantenere un livello elevato di conoscenza dei prodotti dell'hotel e dell'area circostante, conoscendo la programmazione giornaliera degli eventi in hotel
- Partecipare a tutte le riunioni del Front Office
- Agire nel rispetto delle norme antincendio e delle normative su salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, seguendo le procedure corrette quando richiesto
- Svolgere il proprio lavoro e servire il team rispettando l'ambiente
