  • To update any ongoing deals and any closed deals in the market as per the market intelligence.
  • Maximize the use of available technology tools for generating reports.

Operational Excellence:

  • Keep a strong / accurate database.
  • Updating the team of any new upcoming supply
  • Thorough knowledge of the Micromarkets
  • Undertake regular survey of Micromarkets assigned
  • Facilitating the team and aligning the properties for site visits in proper co-ordination with the landlords / developers.
  • Referring / Cross-selling our services to Clients / Developers.
  • Make proposals on power point based on client requirement
  • Should have experience in leasing/acquisition
  • Have a minimum of 2-5 years of related or relevant experience post qualification
  • Be flexible for travel as and when required - on short notices (30-40% travelling)
