Role Summary:

  • Responsible for a variety of cloud solutions implementation across all life cycle stages. As an active partner, you will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to produce highquality products that meet business requirements based on defined outcomes.
  • Will be leading the design and delivery of cloud solutions and providing leadership in support of customer initiatives in cloud computing and automation, with a focus on the partnering with the business on cloud solution feasibility, solution engineering, customer onboarding and ongoing support and maintenance.
  • Will be responsible for overseeing vendor delivery, crossfunctional team's delivery, running standups, customer communication, risk assessment and mitigation, continuous improvement, and best practice adoption throughout the project/product delivery phase.
  • Additionally, will be partnering with the business for ensuring that the business solution support is transitioned to the support team for managing ongoing support.

Essential Responsibilities:

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with Infinite Principal Architect(s) to design and develop cloud solutions, per client/project requirements.
  • Partner with business team and cloud solution implementation team and Operations team to creatively identify / evaluate / implement / improve technologies and processes and arrive at mutual, costeffective solutions utilizing Lean and Agile principles.
  • Lead the development of winnable strategies that creatively use resources to anticipate and solve problems, resulting in innovative solutions for the business using alternatives beyond the obvious.
  • Ensure delivery of a secure cloud solution through adoption of various tools for security incident detections, identifying vulnerabilities, nonconformances against set policies and partnering with the business and cross teams for resolution.
  • Coordinate and communicate all Change Management, Risk Management and Disaster Recovery Planning activities during the solution delivery phase.
  • Initiate and coordinate outsourced supplier efforts and effort estimation for solution delivery.
  • Monitors technological advancements to ensure that solutions are continuously improved, supported, and aligned with industry and company standards as well as emerging business requirements.
  • Analyzes systems and performs usability testing to ensure performance and reliability, enhance scalability, and meet security requirements.
  • Assist customer with planning and execution of cloudbased deployments.
  • Work with customer's engineering teams to implement critical platform components
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentor others throughout the domain.

Job Profile:

Leading Solution Design & Delivery (50%)

  • Define & Maintain the Cloud Adoption Process Framework for any Digital solution.
  • Coach and guide business partners on Cloud adoption process framework, stages, deliverables, and vendor facilitation.
  • Facilitate Product team for vendor engagement to partner with them and help them in delivering the cloud platform with required automation and connectivity.
  • Oversee delivered platform meet technical and functional/nonfunctional requirements
  • Ensure delivered solutions are realized in timeframe committed by cloud enablement vendors and be proactive to avoid any escalations with respect to scope, time, and cost.
  • Daily/Weekly review with delivery teams and provide necessary guidance on process, issues, and risks.
  • Keep abreast with industry knowledge on latest trends, technology, etc.
  • Lead and define all the key Operational Metrics for the solutions deployed on Cloud
  • Lead and oversee all the support transition activities from delivery team to operations team to support ongoing operations.
  • Partner with the Product owners and vendors to drive the initiatives to bring efficiency, continuous improvement, and resiliency to the cloud platform
  • Escalation point for the business partners/program teams to report and drive any delivery issues, timelines and risk.

Consultation (50%)

  • Partnering with Business team to guide and coach on Cloud Adoption Process Framework adopted by GE Healthcare.
  • Facilitate vendor engagement to drive the cloud adoption and enablement for various digital solutions
  • Partnering with Business and Cloud enablement vendors to drive scope definition, requirements, functional and technical design, platform build &configuration, customer onboarding and platform support strategy for various digital solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or in "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • 10+ years designing, implementing, and/or maintaining IT infrastructures
  • 5+ years in a customer facing role
  • 3+ years of cloud implementation experience
