Job Description:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruiting activities.
  • Support the maintenance of recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Contribute to the development of recruitment materials, including job descriptions, interview guides, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, specifically in talent acquisition/recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
