I. Job Summary
Under supervision audit and reconcile vendor invoices

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department.

A. Education/Experience

  • Education: Any Graduation
  • Experience: 0 2 years of experience in the field of Audit, Accounts & Finance (in addition to education requirements)
B. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

**Language Ability:
**Math Ability: - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions and percentages.

**Reasoning Ability:
**Computer Skills: - To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of accounting software, database software, M.S. Outlook, M.S. Word, MS Excel and M.S. PowerPoint.

**Special Skills: - Problem solving skills, team handling ability, verbal and written communication should be good.

**Pace: - The pace should be considered fast. To meet our vendors expectations we work in a very urgent environment.
