Abhyaz (MTAB Technology Centre Pvt. Ltd) is on the lookout for a skilled and seasoned Social Media Marketer to become a part of our team. As a Social Media Marketer, you'll have a vital role in crafting and executing social media strategies to boost brand visibility, interact with our audience, and generate positive business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Core Functional Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to meet business goals and KPIs.

- Produce engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

- Manage social media profiles by scheduling posts, engaging with comments, and responding to messages.

- Research and analyze to pinpoint trends, insights, and engagement opportunities.

- Work together with different teams to ensure social media efforts align with overall marketing goals.

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics like reach, engagement, and conversions to assess the impact of social media campaigns.

General Functional Responsibilities:

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in social media marketing.

- Experiment with diverse content formats, platforms, and features to enhance performance and achieve results.

- Offer guidance and assistance to team members regarding social media marketing strategies and tactics.

- Take part in idea generation sessions and contribute creative concepts for content and campaigns.

Abhyaz Internships offer a 4-16 weeks remote opportunity designed to enhance your professional skills while working on real-time projects. You are required to dedicate hours per week. Our team of mentors and industry experts will guide you through each project stage, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience. The work results will be featured in your online portfolio, giving you a chance to strengthen your professional profile and social media presence, highlighting your skills for future prospects. Weekly bite-sized projects will need to be delivered, reviewed, and graded by peers and supervisors. Exceptional interns might receive support to secure placements in reputable companies.

Step 3 - Portfolio Submissions - Next Thursday

Step 4 - Evaluation Process concludes on Abhyaz platform - Next Thursday

Step 5 - Interview & Job offer - Friday

Step 6 - Onboarding – Accept our Job Offer and get onboarded - Monday

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media marketing, showcasing successful campaigns.

Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create engaging content.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data for decision-making.

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with an inclination for innovation.

Additional Requirements:

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns.

Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
