Job Description:

  • Good hands-on experience on mainframe, Microfocus skills, and strong analytical skills for development on Vantage wmA
  • Candidate must have been working on Vantage wmA in the current or recent past (minimum 9+ years of hands-on experience on Vantage/wmA) and has a deep understanding of the product (Vantage/wmA)
  • Ability to provide guidance to clients on business queries, solution designing, and independently perform development on Vantage/wmA for new enhancements/projects (medium to large in nature)
  • Good hands-on exposure to conversion and transformation projects would be an added advantage
  • Ability to work on new business proposals and estimate for business growth at DXC
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interact directly with clients
  • Mentoring and guiding the team to ensure defect-free and timely delivery of assignments
  • Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring delivery with the team as per project schedule and milestones
  • Supporting the BA team in query resolution and defect analysis

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems, or related field preferred
  • Six or more years of support services or project/program experience
  • Experience working in the technology industry
  • Experience working with company products and operating systems
  • Experience working with computer systems and their use
