- One of our key areas of focus is the modernization of our and our customers/ partners' sales motions. The Insides Sales organization has a charter to accelerate company and its customers/partners' growth in driving next gen technology adoption. This organization is at the forefront of establishing a new sales model leveraging modern technology to drive impactful demand response and targeted sales coverage.
- The Inside Sales Executive will either work individually or be part a of teams driving daytoday execution to exceed company's and its clients' business performance targets. The individual should be to generate leads and drive wins on latest software tools and platforms in the education sector. Their primary responsibilities are to engage with customers as the central point of contact all the way to deal close.
- Engage with clients to understand target products/solutions, and their value proposition(s) vizaviz each target market/audience segments.
- Formulate strategies to engage with identified market/audience segments.
- Identify and profile target organizations and audiences to connect with.
- Formulate value proposition for each market/audience segment.
- Leads classification using appropriate BANT criteria.
- Deliver strong sustainable growth exceeding revenue, scorecard and consumption targets.
- Maintain healthy sales opportunity pipeline measured by coverage ratio and ensure adherence to corporate standard tools and operational processes.
- Drive deep Client, Customer and End User engagements.
- Ensure high quality Client, Customer and End User experiences through thoughtful planning and execution.
- Cultivate a healthy, diverse and inclusive sales culture in support of company's core values, mission and vision.
- Collaborate deeply across company and appropriate Client entities to jointly achieve key revenue, growth, scorecard and consumption goals.
