Enzio-The Bath Studio, a Bangalore-based company, is a Design-Build company in the space of sales and purchase of Import and Domestic Tiles, Bath-ware, Wall Papers, Wooden Flooring, and outdoor products.

We are recruiting Executives (M/F) to market our products to these segment in Bangalore region. Candidate with experience in building material, flooring ,sanitary or tiles industry will be an added advantage. Field work, candidate has to meet Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Developers, Contractors and Individual. Requirement Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls. Meeting planned sales goals. Setting individual sales targets with the sales team. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team. Coordinating with marketing on lead generation. The ongoing training of your salespeople. Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. Promoting the organization and products. Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products. Target achievement within the said period. Level for building a prospective client database.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in related field. Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the bath industry is a plus.
