Do you have a passion for researching problems and creating innovative solutions in semiconductor back-end process?

We are looking for a Process Technologist to join our R&D team, immediately. As a Process Engineer, you will be supporting designing and optimizing production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes. You will also be responsible for documenting processes and assisting stake-holders / customers on new problems.

Responsibilities

  • Help in design and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to streamline processes
  • Document processes and create process flow diagrams
  • Work with production teams to implement new processes
  • Analyze production data and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Stay uptodate with semiconductor industry trends and technologies to ensure the best production processes

Technical Skills Required

  • Knowledge on lithographic processes, wet and dry chemical etching, thin film deposition / coating
  • Knowledge in writing analysis reports to help the definition of DoE and improvement plan of process
  • Develop test plans for Improving the current fabrication process to increase the quality and parameters reproducibility.
  • Basic knowledge about in characterization tools _viz._ SEM and other topography tools
  • Good problem solving and communication skills.
  • Should be a good team player
  • Analysis Techniques: XRD, XRF, SEM, EDX, Raman Spectroscopy, FTIR, XPS

Qualifications
Bachelor's / Masters' in Nanotechnology
