The Opportunity:


As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations.

You will be involved in Digital Transformation projects to implement Multi-Channel Commerce solutions for top CPG companies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the evolving Multi-Channel Commerce (MCC) landscape within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

As a Multi-Channel Commerce Functional Consultant, you will be a strategic advisor to our CPG clients, helping them develop and implement winning omnichannel strategies to optimize sales and brand presence across all channels.


Responsibilities:
Partner with CPG clients to assess their current MCC maturity and identify areas for growth.
Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer buying behaviors across online and offline channels.
Develop data-driven MCC roadmaps that encompass online marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels, and traditional brick-and-mortar retail.
Advise clients on optimizing product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional tactics for each channel.
Collaborate with clients to implement best practices in e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
Help clients leverage digital marketing tools and analytics to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions across channels.
Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in MCC, including social commerce, omnichannel marketing automation, and personalization.
Lead workshops and training sessions to educate clients on best practices in multi-channel commerce.
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of their MCC strategy.
Track and report on project progress and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of MCC initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
At least 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, CPG, Retail and related organizations.
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. MBA is Sales and Marketing is a plus.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in trade promotion management or related field.
Proven experience implementing Multi-Channel Commerce solutions, preferably with a focus on

consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry .
Strong understanding of product assortments, pricing strategies, promotional tactics for each channel, e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to optimally communicate findings and clearly articulate business value of the analytical solutions is required.

Attention to detail, pro-active problem-solving, collaboration and organizational skills is required.
Concrete experience managing complex digital products which have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders.

Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research data and industry trends.

Demonstrated ability to lead high performance cross-functional teams.
